Ingredients
  1. 4 eggs
  2. 20g Tasmanian Truffled Butter
  3. 2 tablespoons Milk
  4. 50g Fresh Tamar Valley Truffle
  5. 2 pinches Tasmanian Truffled Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. Break the eggs & whisk with the milk and salt.
  2. Pour into a hot pan until cooked.
  3. To serve 4 people just double the mixture and so on.
  4. Finish off with some slithers of fresh Tamar Valley Truffle over the top allowing the heat from the eggs to permeate through the truffle for a soft succulent flavor.
Notes
  1. Preferably use infused eggs.
